Made an appointment. No communication from ANYONE! But got a message to send my deposit after I sent my deposit and sent pictures of what I wanted as stated in the text that was sent to me . I got no text back no phone call just a email
! I called the number texted the number and heard nothing until the day of my appointment I got an email my appointment was pushed back ! Not a phone call yet again at this point I thought I was being scammed cause I don’t know anybody out here that do hair and only got an email sent back to me . . After send yet another text I got a phone call 2 hours b4 the appointment to confirm ! What salon you know doesn’t communicate and wait 2 hours before the appointment to confirm anything ! I would never recommend anyone and I’m not from around here . The first time and the worst experience with trying to get my hair done ever . I just wanted my hair done before my hubby birthday and that was ruined due to lack of communication! Never again .
